Designed to help players work on the fundamentals of hitting and pitching. We will break down the skills using different stations and drills to apply proper techniques. We will break participants up according to age level and give as much individual as possible to each participant. When: Sundays - January 22nd and 29th; February 5th and 12th Time: 8:30 am -10:00 am Where: USM Costello Sports Complex field house - Gorham Campus Who: All ages from beginners to advanced. Cost: $20 per session Registration: To register just show up by 8:15am the day of the event.
